Our charming lodge offers five comfortable guest rooms, each with a private bath, stunning mountain views, and a unique continental breakfast experience. In addition to the lodge, we offer four spacious cabins, each featuring three bedrooms, one bath, and a private kitchen/living area—perfect for preparing your own meals and relaxing in a cozy, rustic setting.
Guests can also enjoy the on-site animal sanctuary, home to a variety of rescued animals. Whether you’re seeking peace and tranquility or adventure, you’ll enjoy easy access to nearby attractions like Mount Peale and Arches National Park, making your stay both rejuvenating and unforgettable.
Our Inn
Our accommodations include five cozy rooms, each with a private ¾ bath and stunning mountain views. Four rooms feature queen beds, two of which have extra bed options if needed, and one room has 2 twin beds. Each room is designed to ensure privacy, comfort, and a restful stay amidst the natural beauty of the La Sal Mountains.
Our Cabins
Our cabins provide a peaceful mountain retreat, each featuring three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a comfortable kitchen/living area. Guests will enjoy the perfect blend of cozy, rustic charm and modern amenities, creating an inviting space to relax and unwind. Nestled in the beautiful La Sal Mountains, our cabins are ideal for those seeking a quiet and refreshing getaway surrounded by nature.
Flexible Breakfast Options
Our flexible breakfast setup is designed to give guests convenience and freedom during their stay. Enjoy complimentary fresh-ground coffee, teas, and various breakfast items like fruit, oatmeal, juices, cereals, yogurt, breads, and pastries. Each lodge room includes a covered space for storing shelf-stable items, and a shared refrigerator is available, allowing guests to plan meals around their own schedule. Cabin guests can take advantage of their private kitchens to prepare and enjoy meals whenever it suits them, creating a relaxed and personalized experience. If cabin guests would like to participate in the lodge’s continental breakfast, we’re happy to accommodate - just please notify us in advance, as an additional fee will apply.
Common Areas
Our common areas include a cozy living room, a large dining room, a communal kitchen, a spacious outdoor patio, and a wrap-around porch. Guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi and private parking. The covered back patio features a large gas grill, a gas fire table, and a wood-burning fire pit for your convenience. (We do ask that you please bring firewood if you plan to have a fire.)
On-Site Animal Sanctuary
Our on-site animal sanctuary is home to a number of rescued animals, including eight beautiful horses. Enjoy walking the property and meeting the horses and other animals. Please respect boundaries and enter gates only with staff permission. Want to get involved? Donations and volunteer assistance are welcomed to help care for our beloved residents and support their well-being.

Exceptional. Though I was only there one night, I enjoyed my stay very much. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, stunning views of the mountains, and a peaceful serene setting, complete with a lovely garden to sit in and watch the birds over morning coffee, and tbe sanctuary horses to visit. Amanda was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and Cozy Lodge in the Country :). We loved so many things about our stay at the Mt. Peale Country Inn. It feels more like a bed and breakfast. Amanda was a wonderful host and she provided a wonderful breakfast. It was a treat! Our room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Our room had wooden planks and beams across the ceiling. The decor was charming in both the bedroom and bathroom. There was lots of warm water for our showers and special body washes and hand soaps. It was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. We learned that there is wildlife sometimes on the property and in the surrounding area. If you enjoy relaxing and enjoy the beauty of the country and the amazing surrounding mountains, this is a perfect place to stay. Definitely check it out. It's a 10/10.

Worldclass Hospitality + Restorative. Would highly recommend Mount Peale Country Inn. From check-in to check-out, it was filled with genuinely friendly, professional, relaxing, and restorative experiences. Come here if you want to travel the path less travelled when staying in the general Moab area (especially if you want to escape the heat). The mountains and nature are stunning. The wooden lodge type accommodations are beautiful. The staff treat you like family or an old friend. Breakfast was great. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
