Please take a moment to review our policies prior to making a reservation. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone. Our policies cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out times, cancellation procedures, pet guidelines, and more. Familiarizing yourself with them helps us serve you better.

House Rules

Cancellations and Refunds:

 • If you cancel 30 days or greater before your arrival, we will refund 100% of your reservation total.

 • For cancellations that are less than 30 days, All Sales Are Final, No Refunds.

You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

 Checking in and out: 

 •Check-in after 4:00 PM 

 •Checkout before 10:00 AM

During your stay

• 2 guests maximum

• No pets

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• No parties or events

• No commercial photography

• No smoking

Additional rules

• No children under 12 years of age are allowed to stay in the lodge. If you have family members younger than 12, we have alternative accommodations in a private family cabin.  Persons under the age of 18 must be in the same room as an adult.  Smoking in designated places only. Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after yourself when using common areas.

Before you leave

• Gather used towels

• Return keys or leave on the table in the room with the door unlocked.
